1. What Silent Partner is
A personal reflection and wellbeing companion that talks with you and remembers what helps. It is not therapy, not medical, psychological, or crisis care, and not a substitute for a professional. It can be wrong. Use your own judgment.
2. Not for emergencies
If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or in danger, do not rely on Silent Partner — contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately (we show these in the app).
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use Silent Partner.
4. Your account
Sign-in is by an email link. Keep access to your email secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account.
